Water and Waste Division
The Water and Waste Division specializes the construction and
renovation of sewage and water treatment plants. Because many sewage and water
treatment plants were built in the 1960’s and 70s, much of Lone Pine’s work
involves the renovation of these plants to handle modem demands, as well as
adhering to strider EPA standards. In addition, as rural areas are being
upgraded to more modem facilities, the Water and Waste Division has been
involved the construction of several new sewage and water treatment facilities.
Lone Pine Construction has the resources and expertise to
effectively complete the construction and/or renovation of water treatment and
sewage plants. Lone Pine’s Water and Waste Division is equipped to handle all
aspects of this type of work. Past projects include the construction of pump
stations, the installation reservoir covers, the installation of holding tanks
and renovations and upgrades to existing facilities.

year, with contracts ranging from $10,000 to $3 million. The division has
